Do you take insurance?

I am not in-network with any insurance providers, however, I do offer insurance reimbursement services. This means that if you qualify for out of network benefits, you can have up to 80% of your session cost reimbursed. To do this, I can send you a monthly superbill that can be submitted to your insurance as a claim. Alternatively, I have a partnership with Mentaya, a service that will file your claims and handle the insurance paperwork for you to make sure that you get reimbursed as well. I am able to check your out out of network benefits for you prior to meeting for sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require a 72 hour notice if you are planning to miss your therapy session. The cancellation fee is the full cost of your session. I offer two exceptions per year due to unforeseen medical circumstances and/or emergency issues.

Do you provide sessions via Telehealth or in-person?

I provide therapy services primarily through Telehealth, although I do have some limited in-person availability.
